Your Role as an Early Years Expert As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you are the architect of a child's foundational academic skills. Deliver High-Impact Phonics: Lead daily phonics sessions that build the decoding skills essential for early reading success. Creative Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute engaging, play-infused lessons in Numeracy and Literacy that meet National Curriculum standards.
