Are you an ambitious Primary Teacher looking for a stable, long-term position in Crawley? We are seeking a dedicated professional with QTS who is ready to take full ownership of a class and make a lasting impact on student outcomes. Full Planning & Prep: Take the lead on designing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to your pupils' needs. Paid to Scale: We value your experience and expertise. You will become an integral part of the school community, attending staff meetings and contributing to the wider school life.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Non-negotiable.
  • Proven Experience: A track record of successful teaching within a UK Primary setting.
  • Commitment: Willingness to undertake the full remit of a classroom teacher, including planning, marking, and parents' evenings.
  • Local to Crawley: Ability to commute across Crawley and the surrounding areas.
