Job Description:

Is our Primary Teacher (SEND specialist) at Oasis Academy Short Heath, the role for you? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate teacher who will lead a small group of children with complex SEND needs. Each child will have an EHCP and we want to ensure that every learner receives personalised, meaningful support. In this role you will take responsibility for planning and preparing tailored activities that are closely aligned with pupils' individual targets, developmental needs, and learning pathways.
