AIM is looking for a 2° grade primary teacher. The Teacher plays a central role in delivering high-quality learning experiences that inspire, challenge, and support all students to achieve their full potential. Teachers are responsible for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging classrooms that align with SEP (Secretaría de Educación Pública) requirements, AIM’s curriculum, Inspired’s educational philosophy, and the school’s safeguarding standards. This position requires effective lesson planning, delivery of engaging instruction, assessment of student progress, and ongoing collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Job Responsibility
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards and school expectations
Differentiate instruction to support SEN, ELL, and gifted learners
Use a variety of teaching strategies to maximise student engagement and achievement
Integrate technology effectively to enhance learning experiences
Stay up to date with pedagogy, assessment, and curriculum developments
Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration among students
Design and implement both formative and summative assessments
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
Accurately record, analyse, and report student progress and attainment
Participate in moderation processes to ensure consistency in assessment
Use assessment data to inform planning and targeted interventions
Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment
Support students’ social, emotional, and personal development
Engage in professional development, peer observations, and coaching
Collaborate in team meetings, interdisciplinary projects, and school events
Reflect on teaching practice and drive continuous improvement
