Job Responsibility:
Planning, delivering, and assessing dynamic lessons that captivate and challenge
Promoting crucial social and emotional development within a supportive framework
Adapting teaching methods to perfectly match diverse learning styles
Creating resourceful and engaging learning materials
Delivering a tailored curriculum designed to meet the unique needs of each student
Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to craft a positive, engaging, and truly individualised learning experience
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience working with children with ASC and/or complex communication needs is highly desirable
A deep-seated commitment to inclusive education and an unwavering dedication to student well-being
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport and foster understanding
A creative and resourceful mindset to develop innovative teaching approaches
Familiarity with the National Curriculum and various assessment methods is a plus
