Job Responsibility

  • Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students in their learning
  • Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • Support the class teacher in managing classroom activities and behaviour
  • Maintain open communication with parents and staff about student progress

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, preferably with SEN students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Experience with classroom management is beneficial
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
