As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms, providing essential cover and support wherever needed. Whether it's for a day, a week, or longer, your role is crucial in ensuring students' learning experiences remain uninterrupted. You'll follow set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment, adapting quickly to different school settings and student needs.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the provided plans
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Provide feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher
Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
