Job Responsibility

Lead pre-planned lessons with energy and clarity
Adapt teaching methods to cater to the varying needs and abilities of students
Work effectively with Teaching Assistants to maximize classroom support
Think on your feet and remain proactive if work hasn't been set or needs adjusting
Provide clear and concise marking to ensure students understand their progress
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a safe, positive learning atmosphere

Requirements

Relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable (NQTs/ECTs are warmly welcomed)
Essential experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
An in-date Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service) with no reprimands
A strong commitment to pupil progress and a positive, "can-do" attitude
