We are looking for passionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support wonderful local schools across Dartmouth and the surrounding areas. Whether you are an Experienced Teacher looking to reclaim your work-life balance, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) wanting to gain experience in a variety of school settings, supply teaching offers the ultimate flexibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Zero Planning & Preparation: Walk in, teach, and leave the work at the door at 3:30 PM. No weekends spent lesson planning
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Choose the days you want to work
  • Competitive Pay: Earn between £100 and £165 per day, paid weekly
  • Variety: Experience different school cultures, age groups, and settings without the pressure of permanent data tracking

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification
  • A strong ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
  • Excellent classroom management skills with a positive, nurturing approach
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for primary education
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
