Job Responsibility:

Seamless Delivery: Deliver high-quality, pre-prepared lessons with enthusiasm, ensuring a productive learning environment for all pupils
Uphold Academy Values: Align with the school's 'can-do' ethos and maintain their high expectations for student conduct and engagement
Rapid Rapport: Quickly build positive relationships with children and staff across various key stages (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
Marking & Feedback: Complete all marking for the day's lessons and provide brief handover notes to the permanent class teacher
Professional Presence: Act as a role model and professional representative of Randstad within the academy community

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Classroom Experience: Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the diverse, multi-cultural inner-city school environment
Versatility: The ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different year groups at short notice
Compliance: A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one)
