Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for ongoing opportunities in our partner schools in and around St. Ives . You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting pupils' academic and personal growth.

Job Responsibility:

Design and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your pupils
Assess, track, and support student progress, helping them achieve their best
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
Maintain effective classroom management, fostering respect and responsibility
Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
A willingness to adapt to different teaching environments
Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
