Job Responsibility:
Teach pre-planned lessons with energy and enthusiasm
Tailor your approach on the fly to meet the diverse needs of your pupils
Partner effectively with classroom Teaching Assistants to maximise student support
Think on your feet! Be ready to lead the class if work isn't set or needs adjusting
Ensure all work is marked in a timely manner with clear, constructive feedback for the regular teacher
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and a positive, safe learning atmosphere
Requirements:
A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but we warmly welcome applications from NQTs/ECTs
Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one)
A commitment to the role and a positive, "can-do" approach to every school day
