Job Description:

Join our dynamic educational team as a Primary Supply Teacher, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring continuity and quality education for young learners.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold school policies and procedures consistently
Inspire a love for learning in young students
Cover for absent teachers and provide essential educational support

Requirements:

A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education) or equivalent
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching at the primary level
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
Adaptability, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
A passion for child development and education
Experience with various assessment tools and methods is advantageous
