Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver engaging, effective lessons that align with the UK primary curriculum
Tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring all children are supported
Assess and monitor student progress, providing the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed
Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a respectful, focused, and positive learning environment
Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum and teaching strategies
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
A flexible and adaptable teaching style that works across different school settings
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
A passion for fostering young minds and making a difference in their education
