Primary SENDCo

We are looking for a Primary SENDCo who is excited by the opportunity to shape what is possible for our pupils, staff, and wider school community. This is a pivotal role at KSA and sits at the heart of our mission to ensure every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As Primary SENDCo, you will lead our provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across the primary phase. You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, families, and external professionals to ensure our pupils receive the highest quality support and inclusive education. This is an exciting opportunity to drive exceptional outcomes and strengthen our culture of inclusion. KSA has a significantly higher‑than‑national proportion of pupils with SEND across all four areas of need, making this role both highly impactful and professionally rewarding. You will champion pupils’ needs, shape strategic direction, develop staff practice, and oversee high-quality interventions and provision.
