Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only) Salary: £88.92 - £100 per day (Weekly Pay) Start Date: Immediate / Next Term Are you a patient, nurturing professional looking to specialise in neurodiversity and child development? Join our local primary network as an SEN Teaching Assistant and help every child find their 'voice' in the classroom.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement personalised learning journeys using Now & Next boards and sensory breaks to keep children regulated and engaged
  • Facilitate social interaction and communication skills during play-based activities and phonics sessions
  • Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external therapists to track milestones and adjust support strategies
  • Provide a safe, dignified environment for children, assisting with personal care or mobility needs where required
