Job Responsibility
Tailored 1:1 support (implement personalised learning journeys using Now & Next boards and sensory breaks)
developmental coaching (facilitate social interaction and communication skills during play-based activities and phonics sessions)
collaborative reporting (work closely with SENCO, class teachers, and external therapists to track milestones and adjust support strategies)
holistic wellbeing (provide a safe, dignified environment, assist with personal care or mobility needs where required)
