Developmental Coaching: Facilitate social interaction and communication skills during play-based activities and phonics sessions. Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external therapists to track milestones and adjust support strategies. Holistic Wellbeing: Provide a safe, dignified environment for children, assisting with personal care or mobility needs where required (training provided).
