Job Responsibility:
Tailored 1:1 Support using Now & Next boards and sensory breaks
Developmental Coaching to facilitate social interaction and communication skills
Collaborative Reporting with SENCO, class teachers, and external therapists
Holistic Wellbeing, providing a safe environment and assisting with personal care or mobility
Requirements:
Naturally patient
Person-first approach
Relevant experience from a nursery, healthcare setting, or personal lived experience with SEND
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply
