We are currently looking for two experienced Teaching Assistants to join a Year 1 class on a long-term, full-time basis to start ASAP! ... Job Responsibility:

Supporting the teacher
Assisting with whole-class, small group, and 1:1 sessions
Focusing on specific progress and support
Managing classroom behavior and supporting the teacher
Using creativity and innovation to enhance learning
Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support
Adapting resources to meet students' needs in real-time

Requirements:

Enhanced child DBS on the update service
Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Ability to make a positive impression on both the school and us
Previous experience working with children is required
A flexible, professional, and friendly approach to meeting pupil needs
Good classroom management skills

Nice to have:
