Job Responsibility:

Deliver personalised support for primary aged children (mainstream and SEN)
Collaborate with the class teacher to implement and adapt learning materials
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
Monitor and record the child's progress, providing feedback to the teaching team

Requirements:

Previous experience working with primary aged children is essential
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learning needs
Effective communication skills, both with the child and the wider school community
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
