Job Description:

Justteachers are currently seeking an ambitious and inspirational Key Stage 1 teacher to join one of our partner schools in Leicester. This is a full-time teaching role, starting 12th January 2026. This outstanding school prides themselves on nurturing children to provide them with a love of learning and a passion for high achievement.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with National Curriculum
Identify and support individual learning needs, including those with SEND
Track pupil achievement against Early Learning Goals and Key Stage 1 learning objectives
Work collaboratively with colleagues, including other teachers, subject leaders, and SLT (Senior Leadership Team)
Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress and well-being

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Two education or school-based references
