Job Description:

Primary School Teacher – Full-time, long-term roles starting as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Primary School Teachers in Potter's Bar and the surrounding areas who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning outcomes
  • Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Requirements:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge across Key Stages 1 and/or 2
  • Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil development
  • Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
