Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary School Supply Teachers to join our network of educators across Eastbourne. This role offers flexibility and variety, with opportunities to work in different schools and year groups, providing cover for short-term absences.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups
Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning
Follow the school's curriculum and policies, ensuring continuity of learning
Provide constructive feedback and manage classroom behaviour effectively

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching at the primary level is highly desirable
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards teaching in different settings
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students quickly
Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to high standards of teaching

Nice to have:

PPA teaching experience
years 1-6 experience
