Job Responsibility:

Ensure student's learning remains consistent and engaging in the absence of their regular teacher
Follow provided lesson plans and resources to create an effective learning experience
Collaborate and share insights with fellow staff members
Develop strong connections with staff, students, and families
Mark lessons taught and offer concise feedback to the class teacher when required
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Enthusiasm for teaching
Passion for Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Good communication skills
Good classroom management
Key stage 1 experience
Key stage 2 experience
