Job Description:

Primary School Supply Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately. These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering high‑quality learning experiences as part of general supply cover.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum following provided plans
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
Assess and record pupil progress when required
Communicate effectively with school staff and contribute to wider school life during longer-term placements

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Adaptable across various year groups and school environments
Positive and professional approach to supporting pupil learning
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
