Job Description:

Inspired Education is looking for a Primary Learning Support Assistant to join the International School of Como. The role involves working within the Learning Support team, primarily in Early Years, supporting children with learning and behavioral needs through 1:1 and small group work, implementing strategies, and assisting with the diagnostic process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work as a member of the Learning Support team, mostly in the Early Years section
  • Include 1:1 and small group work with children with specific learning and/or behavioural needs
  • Think up and implement strategies to enable children to access the curriculum and engage with peers in pro-social ways
  • Provide assessment and feedback essential in the process of working with outside agencies to obtain diagnoses where appropriate
