Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Lead Teacher to join our Bristol Campus, situated in the village of Wanswell, Gloucestershire, on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to travel to Swansea on a weekly basis for one day pending the anticipated campus merger with Bristol and Swansea Campuses into the new flagship campus site located in Cwmbran.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible and accountable for student attainment and achievement in Primary on Campus
Implements the Learning to Learn Framework
Ensures all teaching and learning is delivered through high-standard “Assignments”
Oversees day-to-day leadership, planning, and standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and feedback for Primary
Maintains excellent teaching practice
Works closely with Secondary teaching team for transition and campus support

Requirements:

Responsible and accountable for student attainment and achievement in Primary on Campus
Implements the Learning to Learn Framework as the founding principle of curriculum design
Ensures all teaching and learning is delivered through “Assignments” that are of the highest possible standard
Utilises approved curriculum resources and innovative digital platforms
Oversees the day-to-day leadership, coordinated planning and standards of teaching, learning, assessment and feedback on Campus for Primary
Maintains excellent teaching practice
Works closely with the Secondary teaching team to maintain transition and support the Campus as an ‘all through’ school
