Job Description:

Primary ECT role in a supportive, friendly, and nurturing school in Newham, London. The school focuses on child-led education and provides extensive support for ECTs, including mentors and wellbeing events. The role starts in September 2025 on a permanent contract.

Job Responsibility:

teaching across KS1 and KS2
participating in wellbeing events
engaging in marking parties
communicating effectively with SLT

Requirements:

Primary ECT qualification
flexibility to teach across KS1 and KS2

Nice to have:

strong ECT mentors
flexible PPA Time
experience with child-led education
