Job Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a variety of primary school settings across Liverpool? Whether you're seeking a flexible start to your teaching journey or looking for a long-term role to complete your induction, Randstad Education Liverpool is here to help you take the next step. We are currently working in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across Liverpool, all of which are looking for enthusiastic and committed ECTs for daily supply and long-term placements. This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, expand your experience and find the right school fit for your teaching career.

Job Responsibility

  • Gain valuable classroom experience in a variety of primary school settings across Liverpool
  • Work in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Complete your ECT induction
  • Build confidence and experience in different schools

Requirements

  • Qualified Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with QTS (or pending qualification)
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude to teaching
  • Passion for inspiring and supporting young learners in the primary phase
  • Willingness to work across a range of schools and key stages in the Liverpool area
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
