Job Responsibility:

Provide cover and supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of classes
Effectively manage pupil behaviour and ensure they understand the expectations of the lessons
Support and guide pupils through their pre-set work to ensure they effectively involve themselves within the lesson and take in the information
Promote a positive learning environment through utilising varying teaching and behaviour management strategies
Provide tailored support to pupils to aid in their development

Requirements:

Degree from a reputable university
Have aspiration to become a Primary Teacher

Be an empathetic, patient and understanding individual
