Primary Care Physician

• Provide general medical care to adult psychiatric inpatients across 24 residential units
• See 2–6 patients per day in an on-site ambulatory-style clinic
• Provide unit-based medical coverage as needed, with on-unit exam rooms
• Always accompanied by unit or security staff during patient interactions
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, nurses, and ancillary staff
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
• Ensure continuity of care and follow-up for chronic and acute medical conditions
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and medical standards

• Board Certification preferred, but Board Eligible accepted
• Oregon medical license (required prior to start)
• Experience in psychiatric or inpatient settings is a plus
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
