Job Description:

Allegheny Health Network’s Primary Care Institute is seeking family physicians and general internists for outpatient primary care openings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A value-based care model that prioritizes quality outcomes, preventative care, and long-term patient wellness. Access to extended care teams: mid-level support, behavioral health consultant, social worker, registered dietitian & CDE.

Requirements:

Must be board eligible/certified
Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment
