Job Description:

A progressive GP network in Croydon is on the lookout for a locum Primary Care Pharmacist to support their clinical team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. If you thrive in a fast-paced general practice setting, this could be the ideal role for you.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver medication reviews to enhance prescribing safety and efficiency
Support the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, asthma, and diabetes
Prescribe autonomously as an Independent Prescriber
Collaborate closely with GPs, practice nurses, and other team members
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and record-keeping

Requirements:

Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
Independent Prescriber status – essential
Prior experience in a general practice or PCN setting
Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider healthcare team
