Primary Banker 1

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank or Existing to Bank customers
• Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
• Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
• Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
• Update customer's information accurately in the Bank's system
• Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
• At least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills
• Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools
