Are you an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Crawley? Requirements:

  • Proven prior experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is crucial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding of diverse learning needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting student's learning and well-being
  • Relevant qualifications or significant experience in education, childcare, or a related field are beneficial
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly advantageous
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
