The Pricing Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of U.S. and America Latina pricing activities through direct supervision of the Pricing Coordinators. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant pricing administration across customer contracts while supporting the broader pricing strategies established by the Pricing Manager. The Pricing Supervisor serves as a key link between strategy and execution, translating pricing frameworks into operational processes and consistent outcomes. In this role, the Pricing Supervisor will oversee workload prioritization, quality control, and process adherence within the pricing team, while providing coaching and development to Pricing Coordinators. The position requires close collaboration with sales representatives, sales management, finance, and other cross-functional partners to resolve pricing issues, support customer needs, and maintain strong internal controls. The Pricing Supervisor reports directly to the Pricing Manager and plays a critical role in driving pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and positive customer and business impact.
Job Responsibility:
Support coordinators in escalating high-priority or complex issues to the appropriate leaders or departments
Monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of tasks, including turnarounds on PAs and other operational workflows
Lead and execute special projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Conduct project clean-ups, including data validation, process correction, and documentation updates
Track, analyze, and report key KPIs and operational metrics to leadership
Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights, observations, and operational performance trends
Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring all sales and team-related questions are resolved promptly
Lead pricing escalation initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders to align price hikes with departmental revenue targets
Provide strong leadership by empowering team members, building skills, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performing team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or work experience in a multi-functional, high-volume processing environment
Minimum of 5 years of Pricing experience preferred
Have strong computer skills and be proficient in MS applications, specifically Excel
Must have strong organizational skills as well as excellent people skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Must have a strong work ethic and drive to achieve established goals and deadlines, with a desire for, and commitment to learning and growth
Analytical and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think proactively and manage time effectively. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
Self-motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and work closely with others to understand the organization
Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines and to manage tight timelines as required
Nice to have:
Experience with BI (Qlik /Power BI) and databases (CRM, data warehouse, ERP, etc.) a plus
