We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Strategy Lead who will shape and drive the pricing vision for VOIS. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Commercial and Service Towers to create accurate cost models, design competitive pricing structures, benchmark services, and influence major strategic deals. The individual will be accountable for the quality of pricing tools, the consistency of pricing approaches, and will help VOIS stay commercially competitive through data-driven recommendations and innovative commercial structuring.
Job Responsibility:
Lead deal structuring for key strategic opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, and Commercial/Legal teams to design pricing strategies and commercial models
Define and execute the VOIS pricing strategy, including vision and commercial roadmap, supporting growth and profitability ambitions
Mentor and guide junior team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of analytical thinking and continuous improvement
