Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Strategy Lead who will shape and drive the pricing vision for VOIS. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Commercial and Service Towers to create accurate cost models, design competitive pricing structures, benchmark services, and influence major strategic deals. The individual will be accountable for the quality of pricing tools, the consistency of pricing approaches, and will help VOIS stay commercially competitive through data-driven recommendations and innovative commercial structuring.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead deal structuring for key strategic opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, and Commercial/Legal teams to design pricing strategies and commercial models
  • Define and execute the VOIS pricing strategy, including vision and commercial roadmap, supporting growth and profitability ambitions
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of analytical thinking and continuous improvement
  • Conduct annual pricing refresh cycles, updating cost inputs, overhead allocations, and margin targets
  • Maintain accuracy of price tables, business logic, and outputs from standard pricing tools, ensuring alignment with the latest cost data
  • Monitor the performance and commercial impact of pricing strategies, recommending adjustments when needed
  • Lead executive-level financial reviews and contribute to client-facing commercial discussions during proposal stages

Requirements

  • Skilled in pricing strategy and financial/commercial modelling
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving organisational change
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experienced in business or project management, with effective stakeholder engagement skills
