We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute individual to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across VOIS. This role is pivotal in shaping how VOIS positions its services competitively in the market, ensuring profitability and growth. The individual will collaborate closely with Finance, Service Towers, and GTM teams to design innovative commercial models and digital pricing tools. The role also involves benchmarking services, managing cost models, and acting as a subject matter expert in pricing strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the VOIS pricing strategy and commercial roadmap
Develop innovative commercial models balancing growth and profitability
Lead annual pricing refreshes, updating cost inputs and price books
Act as a subject matter expert for digital pricing tools and business requirements
Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed best practices and global consistency
Mentor junior team members and stakeholders to foster strategic thinking and innovation
Ensure accuracy and relevance of pricing tools and associated business logic
Monitor and analyse pricing strategy impact, recommending adjustments to optimise revenue and competitiveness
Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial management, or related fields within large-scale or global organisations
Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and strategic projects
Skilled in financial and commercial modelling, with a data-driven and analytical mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to drive organisational change and apply strategic thinking
Bachelor’s degree in business or telecommunications (mandatory)
MBA or relevant professional qualification (desirable)
Deep understanding of Vodafone’s complexity and its impact on customer proposals
Credible advisor to CxO-level stakeholders
