Job Description

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist with experience in telecom order-to-cash environments and pricing management. The role focuses on evaluating customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and managing pricing processes to support connectivity services. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers and partners, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery aligned with business and service commitments.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate business requests from carriers and develop suitable pricing solutions
  • Operate pricing tools, perform feasibility assessments, and support commercial negotiations
  • Manage quotes and RFPs for key customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Collaborate with internal teams (billing, delivery, product, feasibility) and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery
  • Support customer onboarding and introduction of new products or services
  • Monitor delivery progress, manage escalations, and provide root cause analysis where required
  • Engage with customers through reviews and maintain clear communication on service updates
  • Drive improvements in pricing processes and tools in collaboration with relevant teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience (approximately 7+ years) in quoting and pricing within telecom or similar domains
  • Understanding of telecom technologies such as WAN (MPLS), carrier voice, and transmission networks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and basic financial concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated capability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver customer-focused outcomes
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Relevant educational background (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Finance-related qualifications)
