We are seeking a Pricing Specialist who will manage and lead commercial pricing activities for global and local enterprise opportunities. The individual will support the sales organisation by developing pricing strategies, structuring commercial propositions, and ensuring both customer needs and internal financial requirements are met. This role is ideal for a professional experienced in commercial modelling, client engagement, and complex multi‑country pricing, who is comfortable working across diverse stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
Job Responsibility:
Create and structure commercial propositions that balance customer needs with VOIS financial requirements
Lead pricing decision‑making across products and services for multinational enterprise clients
Support sales teams through pricing strategy development based on market dynamics, customer requirements, and product life‑cycles
Provide recommendations throughout the full offer life‑cycle, from qualification to contract signature
Advise stakeholders on commercial offer development to maximise profitability across multiple geographies
Build commercial models, prepare price books, and deliver customer usage analysis to support forecasting and planning
Provide professional guidance to colleagues and support cross‑functional learning
Participate in customer meetings and negotiations, influencing decisions through high‑quality proposal material
Draft and negotiate commercial contractual clauses and support process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Skilled in commercial and pricing proposition development
Experienced in customer-facing negotiations and able to build trusted relationships
Fluent in English with strong communication abilities
Equipped with analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritisation capabilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to work flexibly in complex environments
Comfortable with innovation, collaboration, and decision‑making in multi‑stakeholder settings
