Your role in a nutshell: Managing VOIS global sales opportunities from qualification to submission and contracting whilst understanding the customer’s requirements and providing pricing expertise based on project lifecycle, industry best practices and regional and market dynamics. Shaping the deal strategy to maximize chances of winning the business and ensuring that VOIS’s commercial activities are managed in a timely manner, meeting the company's objectives and mitigating potential risks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shaping the deal strategy to maximize chances of winning the business and ensuring that VOIS’s commercial activities are managed in a timely manner, meeting the company's objectives and mitigating potential risks
  • Operating in a global environment, effectively using resources across a global framework
  • Modelling pricing and profit & loss scenarios on a global scale for Vodafone
  • Engaging, managing and briefing C-level stakeholders
  • Actively participating in customer negotiations and contracting
  • Assessing commercial and financial risks and proposing a mitigation plan

Requirements:

  • 4+ year of experience in pricing/commercial management in BPO or services pricing fields
  • Experience in customer facing negotiations is a must
  • Excellent analytical mindset
