We are seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist to support and lead commercial pricing activities for enterprise and multinational customers. This role plays a critical part in shaping profitable, customer-focused commercial propositions by translating complex customer requirements into robust pricing strategies. The individual will work closely with sales, finance and wider stakeholders across the bid lifecycle, from qualification through to contract signature, ensuring pricing consistency, profitability and high-quality decision-making across geographies.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and contribute to bid pricing activities for global and single-country business opportunities
develop and structure commercial propositions that balance customer needs with internal business requirements
collect, validate and analyse inputs from sales and other stakeholders to inform pricing decisions
create pricing strategies and complex financial models that reflect deal profitability across the offer lifecycle
provide clear recommendations covering commercial, financial and risk aspects of deals
support account teams with high-quality proposal materials, presentations and documentation
participate in customer discussions and negotiations, building trust through clear and credible commercial insight
maintain and apply competitor analysis to support informed pricing decisions
ensure new products and tariffs are commercially viable and consistent across multiple markets
approve pricing propositions within defined governance limits and escalate where required
Requirements:
Ability to develop commercial and pricing propositions, ideally within complex or multinational environments
ability to engage in customer-facing discussions and commercial negotiations
skilled in financial and analytical modelling, with a strong understanding of business or mathematical principles
confident in interpreting data and translating it into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and a structured approach to problem solving
able to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders
fluent in English, with clear and confident communication skills
organised and adaptable, able to prioritise competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
