The Pricing, Promotion, Process Improvement Specialist will be a hands-on, detail-oriented team player to support our pricing and promotional activities while helping improve everyday processes. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing and promotions are set up correctly, run smoothly, and reflect our brand’s goals.
Job Responsibility:
Set up and maintain pricing and promotional details across systems and platforms while maintaining approved margins
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure promotions are launched on time and accurately
Support updates to pricing and promotional materials as needed
Monitor changes to pricing and promotional materials, ensuring proper approvals are documented and version history is maintained
Identify workflow bottlenecks and help test new approaches to improve efficiency
Maintain SOPs and keep training materials up to date
Support creation of training guides or checklists for new team members or system updates
Participate in user testing for new tools or system upgrades and provide feedback
Assist with change management by communicating process changes and supporting training sessions or Q&A follow-ups
Respond to questions from merchandising, operations, and customer service teams regarding pricing and promotional processes
Help troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
Attend team meetings and planning sessions to stay informed on upcoming promotions, pricing changes, and process updates
Maintain organized records of pricing and promotion documents, including calendars, approvals, and retailer guidelines
Ensure files are clearly labeled and easy to locate
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
5 years in retail operations, pricing, or customer service
Valid driver’s license required
5+ years of experience in retail operations, pricing, or customer service
Strong understanding of retail pricing and promotions
Experience with major ERP systems
Proven ability to complete time-sensitive tasks
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, data management tools, and performance reporting
