Job Description:

The Pricing, Promotion, Process Improvement Specialist will be a hands-on, detail-oriented team player to support our pricing and promotional activities while helping improve everyday processes. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing and promotions are set up correctly, run smoothly, and reflect our brand’s goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up and maintain pricing and promotional details across systems and platforms while maintaining approved margins
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure promotions are launched on time and accurately
  • Support updates to pricing and promotional materials as needed
  • Monitor changes to pricing and promotional materials, ensuring proper approvals are documented and version history is maintained
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and help test new approaches to improve efficiency
  • Maintain SOPs and keep training materials up to date
  • Support creation of training guides or checklists for new team members or system updates
  • Participate in user testing for new tools or system upgrades and provide feedback
  • Assist with change management by communicating process changes and supporting training sessions or Q&A follow-ups
  • Respond to questions from merchandising, operations, and customer service teams regarding pricing and promotional processes
  • Help troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Attend team meetings and planning sessions to stay informed on upcoming promotions, pricing changes, and process updates
  • Maintain organized records of pricing and promotion documents, including calendars, approvals, and retailer guidelines
  • Ensure files are clearly labeled and easy to locate

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 5 years in retail operations, pricing, or customer service
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, pricing, or customer service
  • Strong understanding of retail pricing and promotions
  • Experience with major ERP systems
  • Proven ability to complete time-sensitive tasks
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management tools, and performance reporting
