Job Description

I'm looking for a commercially minded Pricing Manager to build and lead a data driven pricing capability within a large, customer focused organisation. This is a high impact role reporting into senior leadership, where you'll take ownership of pricing strategy, pricing optimisation, and commercial analytics. You'll use customer behaviour, price elasticity modelling, experimentation, and data insights to drive profitable growth and influence key business decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance growth, retention and profitability
  • Lead pricing analysis, price setting, and pricing optimisation initiatives
  • Design and run pricing experiments and A/B tests
  • Conduct price elasticity analysis and translate findings into commercial actions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance and operations teams
  • Build pricing frameworks, governance and long-term pricing roadmaps
  • Use customer and commercial data to identify opportunities and improve performance

Requirements

  • Strong experience in pricing, commercial analytics or revenue optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with price elasticity, pricing experimentation and customer behaviour analysis
  • Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills
  • Experience using SQL
  • Python or R is advantageous
