Under Bain Capital ownership, we are building a modern and scalable pricing function to support our ambition of becoming a pan-European leader in digital trust solutions. We are looking for a hands-on, high-potential Pricing Manager to lead our pricing transformation across the commercial model. The initial focus will be on recurring revenue streams and commercial discipline, with the goal of driving tangible impact and long-term value. Your mission will be to establish and lead our first-ever pricing function — driving a cultural shift in how we price, sell, and scale. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Strategy, you will: Deliver a step-change in pricing performance and commercial governance; Standardize price lists and discounting structures across regions and products; Support Salesforce CPQ implementation and future pricing infrastructure; Contribute directly to our value creation targets; Implement new pricing tool and governance structure; Standardize pricing architecture and discount frameworks across products/geographies; Support CPQ configuration (pricing logic, rules, approval workflows); Run pricing diagnostics (frontbook and backbook) to identify early wins
Job Responsibility:
Design and evolve our global pricing model, including discount frameworks, and packaging
Lead pricing governance processes and support decision-making through pricing committee participation
Identify pricing opportunities across the portfolio (frontbook and backbook) and model their financial impact
