Job Responsibility

  • Take end-to-end ownership of Westwing's international pricing frameworks, ensuring consistent implementation while proactively adapting strategies to reach overarching financial and business goals
  • Act as the primary bridge between pricing and cross-functional teams (Inventory Management, Marketing, Buying, Finance, Private Label), and successfully pitch, convince, and align stakeholders across the organisation on complex pricing initiatives and commercial strategies
  • Lead the design, execution, and rigorous evaluation of pricing and discount tests, and translate complex data into clear, commercially viable recommendations that boost competitiveness and profitability
  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day pricing workflows to increase commercial agility, as well as maintain, improve, and automate advanced pricing tools to ensure high-quality data infrastructure and workflow execution in close collaboration with the Data team
  • Utilise BI tools, predictive models, and AI-driven insights to monitor pricing effectiveness, refine KPIs, and create engaging data visualisations that tell a compelling business story

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a comparable field) paired with strong commercial instincts
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods, with a proven track record in pricing, commercial strategy, or consulting
  • Strong analytical tech stack with a portfolio of practical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, navigate organizational dynamics, and win over diverse stakeholders
  • Sharp business mindset with a pragmatic, 'can-do' attitude
  • you excel at navigating ambiguity and possess the versatility to find creative, structured solutions to problems of all kinds
  • Fluency in English
