Our client is a global leader in consumer electronics, continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation in digital commerce and customer experience. As eCommerce continues to evolve, pricing strategy has become a key differentiator in delivering value and agility to customers. Our client is looking for a strategic and technically-minded professional to join their team as a Pricing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and optimising the end-to-end pricing process for their direct-to-consumer (D2C) eStore operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, legal, platform, analytics, and marketing, making a real impact on pricing accuracy and automation in the Benelux market.
Job Responsibility:
Own the setup, data flow, and maintenance of the pricing process across multiple platforms
Act as the primary contact for all pricing-related topics within the organisation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by commercial teams using the pricing system
Minimise errors in pricing operations both internally and externally
Automate approval and upload processes to improve speed and reduce human error
Enable commercial teams to deploy fast and accurate pricing strategies
Define and monitor KPIs to enhance competitiveness and performance
Explore and potentially implement a Product Information Management (PIM) system
Collaborate with stakeholders including legal, BI, platform, and marketing teams
Work with external partners such as data scraping tool providers (e.g. OMNIA)
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in pricing and eCommerce strategy
Proven experience in pricing roles, ideally involving dynamic pricing models
Past experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
Your strengths include analytical thinking, process optimisation, and project management
Working experience with tools such as Excel VBA, OMNIA, and PIM systems is essential
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are needed in this job
Fluent in English
Dutch is a plus
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to translate strategic goals into operational improvements
Reliable and autonomous, with a proactive mindset
Nice to have:
Past experience in the consumer electronics industry
Dutch language skills
