Job Description:

As Strategic Pricing Manager – Portfolio & 10YP, you will play a vital role in shaping long-term pricing strategies across the global launched and peri-launched portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including access insight, payer strategy, and asset development to drive value-based pricing assumptions and guidance that align with future market and payer expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Building strategic pricing recommendations and economic value models
Delivering pricing forecasts, net/gross assumptions, and cost-effectiveness inputs
Analyzing global healthcare and payer trends to support long-term planning
Collaborating on innovative pricing policies and external benchmarking
Supporting the development of 10-year pricing strategies (10YP)

Requirements:

3–8 years experience in global/regional pricing & access strategy
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience working in cross-functional healthcare or pharma teams
Knowledge of international payer landscapes (US, IM, EU preferred)
