The Strategic Pricing Manager / Pricing Supervisor leads pricing execution and tactical pricing strategy across assigned business units, categories, or regions. This role coordinates pricing activities, supports pricing governance, develops pricing recommendations, and provides leadership for analysts and pricing initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate pricing execution and pricing governance activities
Lead pricing projects and tactical pricing initiatives
Support development and implementation of pricing strategies
Manage analyst priorities, workflows, and deliverables
Partner with commercial teams to support pricing decisions
Identify pricing opportunities and operational improvements
Ensure compliance with pricing policies and controls
Support KPI tracking and pricing performance analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
6–8 years of pricing, analytics, or commercial finance experience
Experience leading projects or small teams
Strong strategic and analytical thinking capability
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced experience with pricing tools, SAP, SQL, and analytics platforms
Ability to balance tactical execution and strategic priorities
